  • MBA in Human Resource Management :

  • The MBA in HRM or Human Resource Management is the two year post graduation degree program for a graduate which basically means the management of employees in organization. MBA in HRM involves the specialised training program in human resource management like planning strategies, recruitment, hiring of employees, and training of employees. 

  • Eligibility for MBA in HR managenent :

       The prospective applicant must satisfy one of the following eligibility criteria for                           admissions to the MBA programme.

  • A graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognized university.

  • An honors degree under 10+2+4 pattern from a recognized university under UGC Act with at least 50% marks in aggregate including languages.

  • Candidates who have passed Bachelor/ Master degree through correspondence / Open University System from this university or from any other university,recognized by law, are exempted from 10+2 pattern. The duration of the degree programme must be 3 + 2 years.

  • Entrance Exams :

  • CAT : The Common Admission Test (CAT) is a computer based testfor admission in a graduate management program. The testscores a candidate on the bases of Quantitative Ability (QA), Verbal Ability (VA) and Reading Comprehension (RC), Data Interpretation (DI) and Logical Reasoning (LR).

  • SNAP : Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) Test is an important National Level MBA Entrance test for MBA admission in 15 Symbiosis MBAcolleges accepting SNAP 2019 score.

  • XAT :  Xavier Aptitude Test is national-level management entrance examination conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur for admission to MBA/PGDM programmes. Apart from XLRI and 10 other XAMI members, over 700 B-schools accept XAT scores for admission to their post graduate management programmes. 

  • MAT : All India Management Association (AIMS) conducts Management Aptitude Test or popularly known as MAT four times a year for admission to around 600 B-schools across India. MAT is a national level MBA entrance test conducted in the month of February, May, September and December.

  • GMAT : The Graduate Management Admission Test is a computer adaptive test intended to assess certain analytical, writing, quantitative, verbal, and reading skills in written English for use in admission to a graduate management program, such as an MBA program.
